"hawks apartments is not the place to rent. Management still have not done anything. ROACHES is still a major problem and no one after my recent complaints has not been to my apartment about this matter. This place is still a safety issue after leaving my key with a contractor and never got it back. You would think all keys are secured and that’s definitely not the case…. Management still failed to investigate and tells about the problem."
"Moved on property in October and it’s been a nightmare from day one there has not been a day that we haven’t seen a roach. We’ve expressed to the previous management then forwarded the info over to the new management and no one has done anything about it to make sure we’re comfortable. I do not recommend anyone move into Hawke Apartments until they have fully cleaned and sanitized throughly. Cannot express how relieved I’ll be once this nightmare is over. They asked me to do a review when I moved in but it’s best to review once you’ve experience."
"I have lived here for over 10 years. I hardly stop at the office because there is no need but today I stopped to meet the new property manager that sent an email to introduce herself. She was very nice and helpful. Speaking with her was very calming and she looks like she knows what she is doing. I am glad to have someone in charge that is knowledgeable."
"It has been more than 3 months since I left Hawke Apartments, the management did not return my check for more than 2 thousand dollars deposit. The apartment was delivered in perfect condition and they confirmed that they would return my deposit but they have wasted my time making me have to go to their offices to get my refund, they only tell me the same thing that they are going to return it but I have not received anything yet . Nobody takes responsibility, they just lie and take advantage of the tenants. BE CAREFUL."
"My daughter and I went to tour the apartments and really loved it. Tammy, the assistant manager, was absolutely awesome!! She is knowledgeable and very, very friendly and has a great personality. The apartments themselves are very nice, clean and seemed to be a very quiet environment. Definitely a nice place for anyone to live. My daughter is ready to apply!!!"
