"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Never fix anything, my AC has gone out every single month I’ve lived here and my heater has gone out for the third time this winter.. They won’t pick up the phone at the front office and will give me completed work orders with the issue not being resolved. Everything is old but they charge like you were getting a brand new apartment. Not only that but they PAINTED the bathtub!!! There is hair stuck to it cause they just painted and old bathtub! I had to resign a lease THREEE TIMES cause they kept losing our papers and almost charged me market pricing. This place is truly the worst place I’ve ever lived. Sorry for anyone who ends up here and hopefully you come by the reviews and take them seriously"

"I feel compelled to share my experience from a few years back at Village Green of Bear Creek apartments, especially since I've learned that these issues persist today. My tenure at the complex was marred by a series of negative interactions with the office staff. They were unreasonably intrusive, from policing the frequency of my family's visits to enforcing a strict parking policy that was not only inconvenient but also felt unnecessarily punitive. A particularly egregious incident was when a neighbor's false report about a dog barking led to the office staff harassing me, despite my assurances that I had no dog. The staff took it upon themselves to conduct surprise inspections, one of which involved them entering my apartment abruptly while we were asleep, startling my family and violating our privacy. They searched the entire apartment, waking my children, and found nothing. The lack of apology or admission of error was unacceptable, with only the maintenance worker showing any remorse. Though the complex itself was quite pleasant with good amenities and spacious living quarters, the management's behavior was invasive and disrespectful, ultimately driving me to move out. It's disappointing to hear that the current management still operates in the same manner, affecting new tenants as it did with me. It's a shame that a potentially great living environment is consistently undermined by poor management practices."

"Ok so I moved in Nov 2023, the process was not a difficult one at all. Everyone was very communicative and efficient with getting my applications approved. Jacquelin who is not with the company anymore ensured the unit was cleaned and she kept her word on sending me pictures via email once it was completed. I was advised that there were new management that took over because I asked about all of the specials they were promoting and why - Jacqueline provided a humane response so I said ok that’s a good response considering she was so new, the reason I had questions is because I read the reviews prior to and I was skeptical about all the rotating office team. Moving over to Rebecca who is the office manager my experience with her has been so excellent, she is patient and will explain anything you are having trouble understanding - all You have to do is call and talk with her. She doesn’t leave you on the hook or waiting forever. I have had no issues with the maintenance request I have put in 3 since November and the maintenance team has been on top of it ensuring that my requests are handled in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is all the fees (it’s so many fees it’s scary) especially with valet trash and they don’t even come the days they are supposed to , me and my kids take our trash to the dumpster most time so I truly feel that valet trash should be optional I shouldn’t pay for some that’s not consistent, also the clicker for the gate/gym I’ve been waiting on that since I moved in . It’s quiet in my building and I have no issues with my neighbors so I have had a pleasant experience so far. I waited to do my review because I wanted to get in and get a feel for the community and ensure I didn’t speak too soon on certain things I could have potentially seen . Overall I think with the new team they can only do so much at a time to get things back on track and they are doing the best they can from my experience. Unfortunately the slack from the previous team has no choice but to continue on until it’s fixed."

"Many of the negative and positive reviews are true. I was resident for a couple of years, and I loved my apartment. But got to a point where I had to leave due to miscommunication with management and other reasons with them. I wasn't going to post anything, because we all have different experiences, but in general I want to let people know to be aware of the contract, keep a copy, take photos when moving in and out to keep in your records, let all in writing, keep emails. Know your rights as a tenant (rentee) as well as your obligations during the contract period. Change of management is not excuse for miscommunication. (I'm writing this review as an ex-tenant, moved out in September last year, and some "problems" with management after more of a month of moving out- Which is not acceptable. And I had to wait for this post a little longer after seeking legal advice)"
