"Even though here in the USA an eyebrows raising rents increase the level of stress who are searching for apartment, nobody can do anything except government and market trends but you might get somehow relief on this apartment rather than other apartment in the Tarrant county, Euless because of new management and their policies. And the location and society is so peaceful. But some refrigerator doesn’t have ice maker and some washer dryer need to update as these items are too ancient because of previous management bad policies! Anyway all good!!!"

"I've lived here for a year and overall, I'm happy with it. The complex is nice and they have made multiple updates since I moved in - painting the buildings, changing the AC to wifi-controlled, some landscaping work. Maintenance responds fast to my requests. The pool is really pretty. There is a mud problem by my building when it rains, which they have started to address by adding drains (it hasn't fully fixed the problem). Every resident is required to pay a monthly fee to have trash picked up from their doorstep, which I don't think is worth the cost. But overall I would recommend this place. Management is nice, maintenance is responsive."

"I have lived here for two years. The staff has done an amazing job with updating everything around here. Pool is awesome, new AC units, pest control is on point. Maintenance is super quick to respond to any issues. Brittany in the office has been my go to for everything. Went above and beyond answering questions for me. I hope my next place has this kind of service!!"
