La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW West-Glade Parks

"We have stayed at this location a couple times. Each time, we have truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and quiet, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety (Texas waffles!!) and the gym has some good cardio machines as well as weights to get in a full workout. What stands out in particular is the service. They all go above and beyond their duty to make your stay here a good experience. Housekeeping cleans every other day, but will give you whatever you need if you request. We had an issue with our AC, and the mechanic was fixing it within 30 minutes. The managerial staff went above and beyond to help locate a misplaced item for us. We truly appreciate the honor and integrity the staff has here at this location. It is evident that they truly care about their guests and upholding their company values and reputation."

"We stayed 3 nights while visiting family. The rooms are standard size but were clean and even though it is close to the airport and a busy interstate we had no problem with noise. We found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was better than many hotels. It does close promptly at 9AM though but coffee and ice water is available anytime. I think maid service is only every other day but on the off day they did check mid-morning to see if we needed towels or anything. Very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Only negative is there is not a pool at this location and they did not have options for adjoining rooms or cribs available. Otherwise everything was wonderful."

"The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location is wonderful! About 10 minutes away from downtown Grapevine (which was our reason for travel). Another huge benefit is two large shopping centers in the vicinity. Lots of restaurants options and shops. Definitely recommend staying here. Hotel and rooms very clean. You would constantly see maintenance personnel hard at work."

"We stay here a couple times a year and the hotel is nice, and rooms are comfortable. The new shuttle van is comfortable and the drivers are always very nice and friendly. Breakfast is included with eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, yogurt, cereal etc. it’s a good breakfast. The front desk staff is no so welcoming or helpful, they are a bit rude sometimes in their responses or interactions. Aside from that I find this hotel a good value and we will continue to stay here."

"My stay here was great! The hotel provides a shuttle from the airport which was so convenient. I was shuttled by Travis and he was so sweet and kind on our travels. He also recommended different restaurants nearby that I could try! The hotel itself is sooo clean and I felt very safe walking around. The breakfast was good too, and there was staff doing a great job to make sure things were clean and replenished. I will definitely be back!! Thank you again, La Quinta, for a great stay! :)"
