"Things were great for the first 6 months. No complaints. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff here is very friendly as well. Hence why I give 3 stars and not 2. No issues until a new family leased the unit above. I feel sorry for whoever leases unit 3203 next since you'll need to deal with the retarded noises coming from 3303 produced by a family of at least 2 "adults", 1 child, and 2 large dogs that likely aren't even registered seeing that one of them looks to be a prohibited breed. You'll here a ton of barking, running, and furniture movement coming from above. Don't bother attempting to talk to the people either as they can't comprehend a simple request to quiet down. Several noise complaints were called in starting a week after they moved in. The noise they produce last literally the entire day. It usually starts around 7am and continues until after 9pm. Nothing has become of the noise complaints. Now I just wear noise cancelling earbuds to get through the evening after work and just stay out all day on the weekends. I need my sanity back so I definitely will not be renewing. (Even as I'm typing this at 9:15pm while wearing my noise cancelling headphones, I can still, quite literally, feel them through the floor, my floor, as they run across their unit above me.) I should also mention that the people here don't abide by the trash rules. They will set their trash out at any given time and any given day. There is no punishment for this so expect to see trash in the hallway all weekend."

"Paza and Moses I thought were the cherry on top of the cake! Until I met the newest maintenance employee named Jesus went above and beyond to assist me issues around the house. He visited for a maintenance issue with the washer but went above to help with something else in the home. People can spend their money anywhere but quality and good customer service goes along way. Every dime I pay is worth it living here. I am one satisfied tenant. Thank you all. Please keep Jesus. And the maintenance supervisor amazing so friendly! It feels truly like home here for my time being."

"My experience applying and moving in has been by far the best I’ve ever had. The staff here is amazing! The sweet gentleman in the leasing office, Moses, was very patient. He answered ever single one of my dumb questions when touring and helped me out with concerns I had while applying. Paza always makes me feel welcome when I walk in the office, her personality is top notch and the manager, Jane, is very understanding and super friendly! The maintenance guys are so nice and very efficient. The apartments are very spacious, clean, new appliances, and overall very quiet. If you are looking for a place to live, I HIGHLY recommend applying here!!"

"My best friend and I had a wonderful time living in Bexley, location is perfect so close to the airport which is so convenient as we travel very often for work. Amenities are great, the gym always clean and brand new equipment with a lovely view to the pool. We enjoyed the pool so much with our friends and family was never too crowded, it feels like a resort.! The staff was always great to work with specially Kelsey from Leasing office and Nelson from maintenance. The space is wonderful. I enjoyed the closet space and bathroom size.! i was able to have my King size bed and even my desk in my room. Parking was challenging but we immediately decided to get our own garage and it made everything so much easier. Great value for space.!! So many good memories.!"
