"This is the worst apartment we have ever lived in. We moved out before our lease ended because we bought our own home, we were made to pay two months penalty without any consideration that we did not break the lease intentionally. Also, we paid additional $750 because they said we notified them of our move out later than 60 days. Their utility charge here is very outrageous. They made us pay $97 on the average for water and sewer every month for a 2bd apartment, just 3 of us (this includes our toddler). As if that was not worse enough, they charged us $163.66 in February, when we actually moved out of the house on February 16. The employees here treat people like trash. Everything is wrong with this apartment. Please be careful."
"Ive lived here for 5 years, and everything has gone great, staff and maintenance are superb. the improvements are looking fantastic as well. I recommend living here, super spacious and homey."
"I have been living here for about 4 months now and I love everything about this property. I love how my apartment feels like a house and I love having the convenience of a attached garage. The upgrades in these apartments are so nice and I love how they have quartz countertops and huge bathtubs. Also I will say the maintenance staff is amazing they are always to quick to come if I need them."
"We have lived here for over a year now and have really enjoyed our time. We have a 2BR 2B and 2 car garage. This place feels more like a townhome than an apartment. The floor plan is excellent and it's more than enough space for my work-from-home husband, myself and our dog. The rent is justifiable for what it is. The complex is extremely clean and taken care of. The only cons we've had is that some maintenance things had fallen through the cracks when they were short staffed (they corrected it once fully staffed) and management can sometimes be hard to get ahold of. Altogether, we have loved it and it feels like home."
