"I have been a resident of Stonebridge at Bear Creek for over 12 years & l love it here! What makes it so special is the caring & devoted management & staff. Although management changed last year, the caring and devotion did not. Laurie, the Property Manager & her wonderful Staff are fantastic! I never have to worry about my well being. I feel safe here. We are kept abreast of any issues, the grounds are kept trimmed & beautiful. Trash pickup is regular & maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely basis. My neighbors are kind & thoughtful! I can't see myself living anywhere else. What a blessing!"

"I stay at this apartment complex and had an awful experience with the supervisor. They are very cold and rude. The previous manager was excellent!! But now they are consistently rude and unhelpful whenever I had inquiries or issues. On top of that, the complex charged ridiculous fees for basic services, making it an unpleasant and expensive place to live. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the poor management and unjust fees. I will not renew my lease."

"I’ve been here for 7 years. Recently had new management change. The new people in office have very cold personalities. Seem very unfriendly. Prior management excellent. Last month had maintenance issue. My air conditioner compressor failed at 130 am when I called the on call maintenance was rude. He asked me “why I didn’t call sooner. He was upset he had to get up. Mind you I only had 1 maintenance issue in one 1 year. Otherwise the local maintenance is very good and hospitable."
