"12/7/2023 We came to a satisfactory resolution on my lease renewal. I appreciate the owner's and management's working with me on this. Now, there does need to be an improvement in Tipton's communication and response times, and the SOP for lease renewal should be reviewed and corrected where needed to avoid contradictory information situations. The Windmill Terrace property itself is a decent middle-class community."

"I applied for a new apartment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite multiple inquiries, there was a lack of timely updates on the application process. On the day before my scheduled move-in, I was informed that the apartment was not ready. This last-minute change caused a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, I've been attempting to contact the management to discuss a refund for my application and admin fees, but no one has been available to address my concerns. Improved communication and responsiveness would greatly enhance the overall experience for future tenants."

"The maintenance men that are hired are better than the previous maintenance men. And the contractors are really good, they put up a new post for my apartment. Judith is a good worker like Nancy, they are both good workers and help tenants like me when I need help."

"So this place is a actually a really good apartment. Maintenance was amazing (James being the best Maintenance person), the staff was always nice and helpful. It was pretty great. The move out process was super easy too, they were really great, and i got my deposit back! The only issue i had were the roaches. It was infested. Would move here again."
