The Landing at Little Elm Apartments

"I was going to give a 1 star review but thought I should consider the positive things in this apartment complex. Package concierge is a hot mess. It's been a hassle in the past and all this week. There's been other people's packages delivered in the same locker as mine and I've had packages delivered in the same locker with other people's packages. The only difference is that I actually deliver other people's packages to their front door or turn it in the leasing office. I even saw a package with my name and address emptied once in the trash. Lol Not all residents have the courtesy or honesty to turn in packages that aren't theirs. You pay extra for that service and it's supposed to be convenient. Today, I have a package that said delivered but the concierge said otherwise. I contacted the leasing office but offered no resolution. I decided to swing by to explain my case - I need to retrieve the package because a family member is going out of the country the next day and those were gifts for my nieces and nephews. Ashley offered no help - - - which is not the service I'm used to. If it would've been Stephanie or Victoria, I would not have to ask twice. They have both helped me locate my packages in the past. Together we looked through all lockers and packages. What Ashley gave were excuses after excuses - they only help with packages on Wednesdays - they've been locating packages for residents all week - she's working by herself I asked if she could do an exception since I really need that package. Nope, 0 compassion and just repeated her excuses. Other than that, Gary, Stephanie and Victoria has been very helpful with issues. I know Stephanie no longer works here, she is missed. I have been living here for 5 years and Ashley's service skills is not it."

"My name Ms Bonds and l like to tell anyone if you are looking for an apartment in Aubrey Tx then the Landing at Little Elm is the perfect place first Impressions is the first thing l look for in finding a place to live. The staff was very Professional, Polite, and Friendly in welcoming me to view the property. l like the spacious open floor plan nice size Kitchen , Living room and dinning room area nice size bedroom and bathroom, and Balcony it checked off all my boxes .l have lived here almost 3 months and the complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly.l liked to give acknowledgments to the wonderful staff: Victoria was my leasing Agent from the start l had a lot of questions and she answered all of them Thank you for being so patient and making my process a good one.l like to Thank the other staff as well leasing agent,Ashley,:Assistant Manager Kristen :Manager Heather and Maintenance: Mr Gary and Mr Drew Thank you all for what you do to make all of us that live here and enjoyable one"

"I've lived here 9 months now and absolutely love it here. The office and maintenance team are both excellent and always attentive as well as responsive. The floorplan is larger than any other apartments in the market and rent is very competitive, definitely a great value. The apartment also has a large laundry closet able to accommodate my full-size washer and dryer side by side. The patio/balcony is spacious as well. The pool, gym and landscaping are always well maintained. I am happy and proud to call The Landing my home."

"I have been in my apartment a month. I immediately fell in love with the floor plan. The kitchen is my favorite and the space overall is perfect. The apartment staff is really nice and professional at all times. Gary, maintenance, is a sweetheart and awesome. Move in process went smooth except for one thing: I signed my lease and immediately contacted internet, light company, and changed my address on all my accounts to the initial unit. I am a person that’s about my business, I get on top of things. Get another email a week before my move in date to sign a lease, called to ask why to be told they changed my apartment. That became a huge issue for me. Victoria made it right and was very apologetic however communication is the key. My intent isn’t to be negative, FEEDBACK only. A call to advise of the change would have been nice and the professional thing to do. Secondly, these walls are EXTREMELY THIN. The previous apartment I lived in in Lewisville, I was on the second floor and my neighbors above me was a nightmare therefore I specifically chose third floor here only to experience noise from my neighbors below me or across from me. I honestly think it’s coming from both. Mind boggling how I hear them so clearly. Walking, running, talking, music, slamming doors, however it isn’t as bad as where I came from. If I can hear it clearly my heart goes out to the people below them! Cross your fingers that you move in a building with decent neighbors. Other than that and the HORRIBLE traffic if you can tolerate them both The Landing At Little Elm is the place for you. The grounds are kept nice and clean. I walk the apartments after work for my daily exercise. It’s always nice and quite. With all that being said I honestly have no regrets choosing The Landing At Little Elm."

"My wife and I had a five star experience when moving to The Landing at Little Elm! We relocated from Indiana due to a job and Victoria was beyond helpful with our moving process! We can’t thank her enough for making our lives less stressful and super easy! As far as the complex goes, we love everything about it! Our apartment is spacious and elegant. The complex is very well maintained and taken care of as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to live!"
