"The apartments are nice and I love the layout. However the noise is absolutely ridiculous. There’s people constantly throwing loud parties and I swear everyone has a bass system in their apartment. I have had a headache ever since moving in here. There’s always some sketchy things going on and people arguing with each other in the hallways outside the apartment. The management has been co-operative and helpful regarding the situations but other tenants clearly just don’t care."

"Apartments are modern with an open floor plan, appliances are all provided: washer, dryer, and refrigerator. All appliances are made by Frigidaire. Maintenance is pretty quick on repairs. Staff is Great! Stephanie is very sweet and Joey is extremely helpful! Everyone there has really good energy."

"Worst apartment I have ever leased. The apartment front office never answers the phone and never returns calls. During our stay there has been bugs/ants all over the hallway and in our guest bedroom. We pay for pest control but they don't even do the service. I have been having really loud upstairs neighbors and they are constantly having their kid run back and forth and making noises all throughout the day. Early morning and night. I have informed the front office and they said they would reach out but nothing was done. And that the next step was calling the police. But that is something the apartment has to handle. These noise disturbances are a breach of our contract. Luckily we are moving out soon. I would not recommend this apartment at all for the amount you pay it's not worth it to not have a staff that cares about their tenants."

"My family and I came and toured this beautiful property! We are relocating back to Texas to help my dad whose health is failing. During our time of need we met with Joey who was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. We will be coming back to sign a lease when the apartment that our family requires becomes available. Beautiful property, perfect for our needs and I have to commend Joey, he was so kind and worked hard to help us find exactly what we needed in exactly our time frame! Thank you!"

"Went in for a tour & absolutely loved the help I received! All my questions were answered, I was shown two different floor plans & I love that they have a dog park. All the amenities seem really nice & clean. Thank you to the team for their time!"
