"I recently had the pleasure of residing at Century 380, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I moved in until my departure, the service provided by the leasing office and maintenance team was nothing short of outstanding. They promptly addressed any service calls or inquiries with professionalism and a genuine desire to ensure resident satisfaction. The community itself was always immaculately clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment to call home. It's evident that the management team at Century 380 prioritizes both the physical upkeep of the property and the happiness of its residents. In fact, my time at Century 380 was so delightful that I made the decision to stay within the same company and move into another apartment building closer to my workplace. This decision speaks volumes about the positive impression Century 380 left on me. Thank you, Century 380, for providing such a wonderful living experience. I will genuinely miss being a part of this community, but I am grateful for the memories and the exceptional service I received during my time here."

"I moved in in May, and have made Century 380 a home. The staff is always helpful with questions, I haven't experienced any major maintenance issues. Every time I have filed a maintenance request, it has been fulfilled in a prompt and timely manner - they even followed up one time to make sure that it was fixed. The amenities that I use are always well kept. There was an issue moving in where the apartment I was supposed to move into was still occupied by a squatter. Management quickly rectified the situation with me so that my move in date wasn't affected. That was helpful and appreciated! All that to say, I enjoy living here, and I hope that my lease renewal is minimal/reasonable. (Wink wink - please don't raise my rent)"

"As of this post I have been living in one of their apartments since mid August. It is mid Nov. right now. These apartments are beautiful. Any time Ive had to call for maintenance they fix it the next day at an app hour. The front office has been very responsive and are happy to help you. My leasing agent was Jesus. He was very kind and easy-going throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer himself he would find one for me. The apartments themselves have a lot of room, tall ceilings, a big bathtub, and a walk in closet. Yes it is by 380. But don't let traffic stop you from renting here. That's about your own patience. Not these apartments. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends."

"I loved living here!!! It was always clean and the staff was so friendly! It was brand new on the inside and the apartments themselves were beautiful! They also had a great dog park which we used often and the landscapers even cleaned up after the pets in all grass areas! Honestly best apartment complex that I’ve ever lived in! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone."

"I want to start by saying that I am extremely happy living at Century 380. From start to finish the office staff have been very helpful and caring. They are very good at sending messages for communication and reminders. They also promote us to be proud of our community and have fun things always going on. I am a widow and a senior citizen. I walk my dog a few times a day and you can see that the grounds and many amenities are very well cared for. All staff members are polite and respectful.
