"Each year gets more and more disappointing. The maintenance team is probably the most dedicated part of staff. Its a total nightmare to get in and out the apartment complex. Lots of construction near and daily traffic jams. The grounds use to be kept beautifully. Tenants are allowed to leave their dog poop and trash all over your patio. My daughter and myself havent enjoyed an ecoli free patio in months. Over charging on rental insurance and noisy neighbors. Honestly just find someplace modern and better kept. I couldnt even tell you the last time my air filter has been replaced. Probably better to go across 380 for more rental options."

"I visited this apartment community last month and was impressed with the onsite amenities, the location which is in the building phase, and the apartments themselves after visiting with a friend who lives at the complex. It is clean and quiet at night. I must say though, one of the most important things I observed is the staff and my interactions with them, from the staff who served the catered community breakfast to the leasing staff who have been patient, friend, and easy to talk with the entire time we were going through the application process. After praying and searching for a new home from out of state, we finally found our home. We truly feel welcomed to Texas no just in word but indeed. "Avoid this place!!! So much construction in the area - rodents and insects are migrating into these apartments. Management does very little to help with any problems. The pool is not near any of the apartments, so it basically becomes a "public" pool on the weekends. Berkshire will raise your rent an absurd amount after your initial lease term ends - then charge you bogus damage fees when you leave. -- So many bugs. -- I can't stress enough that you should not rent from a Berkshire Communities property. *** UPDATE *** I emailed the Property Manager, as they asked below, and they didn't respond."

"The whole team is fantastic, from the office team to the maintenance team! If you are a nature lover there is a beautiful path on the property. The complex offers something for everyone if you are looking for a place for yourself or for your family they have many floor plans that accommodate everyone. The only downfall I would say is internet connection but that’s not the properties fault."
