"Unfortunately, I must give such a great apartment a bad review! Everything was perfect, until I found out and researched who they have a contract with for your internet service provider. They have some unknown cheap company called Gigstreem based out of VA. This company continues to have no Internet service most of the time or it drops connection all the time, based on the reviews I have read on Google. This company has a 1.0 for its reviews..since I work 2 remote jobs, there is no way I could risks losing connections to both from working, meetings, etc. Union House, you have jeopardized losing more potential tenants with trying to go cheap and save money for Internet by not using a reliable Internet provider such as AT&T or Verizon."

"This is a very nice apartment with little noise, and especially a great area! I recently moved out of Union Park the neighborhood that is right next to the apartment and I stayed here until our new family homes in Frisco was finished! Recommend living here!"

"I moved into this beautiful community August 11. It is now October 2 and overall I am elated that I chose to make Union House my home. Words are not adequate to express my gratitude in how patient Michelle was and how easy she made my Home Search. It was a blistering hot day; Michelle was the first friendly face to greet me when I walked into the Leasing Office. She is always pleasant, yet professional. The entire staff has been quite helpful. Jorge in Maintenance was extremely skilled in changing out my dryer cord. He was also pleasant. I realize that it will take a united effort to keep this new property nice and clean. Residents Must do their part! The staff cannot follow you around and force you to pick up your dog's poop. This is a problem at this property and many others. If any poop violators read this review and feel conviction, hopefully you will change your way and become a responsible pet parent. Once again , Kudos to the staff at Union House!"

"I’ve been here for about a week. I moved from out of state and both Laura and Michelle were so accommodating. They answered all of my questions and definitely made my experience a great one. 6 month edit. I can’t leave another review so here’s an update. I have absolutely loved these apartments. And the staff is A+++. Especially Michelle, she has gone above and beyond to make Union House a great experience and I really can’t say enough thanks. If you need a place quit your search because this is the best it gets."
