"Yes bills paid but horrible foundation, everything brakes. Alwalys have hot water issues either it takes too long to come or it's out."

"They tow a lot!! But very decent apartment for the price! Spacious and real tile floors. When we moved out, they charged me rent for another day only because they NAILED their drop box shut and I couldn’t turn in my keys. I even tried to go to them ahead of time to find a resolution. But instead they had someone call me acting as a creditor. Since it’s not on my credit report, I can only assume they are doing some shady business. Lived here for 2 years and informed them of a neighbor who was very obviously doing illegal activities including carrying LARGE ASSAULT RIFLES around in broad daylight. I asked if they had a policy against this to which they replied they DO. Yet those people still lived there when I moved out. I probably would have stayed longer if I didn’t think my children’s safety was at risk. Quick place to get into if you can’t get anything else. But definitely not the best! And they don’t enforce rules to help residents feel safe."
