"Just moved in and was given an apartment that isn't ready for move in at all. There are many issued with the apartment, this includes but not limited to roaches, holes on the wall, wall outlets that are not working and light fixtures that do not work. There is a single on site property manager Drew who lives on site that manages 20 units on site. He is extremely unresponsive and possibly has a poor time management issue where he will tell you he will come today and fix the problems but ghosts you afterwards. It could be because he simply has too much work from the landlord, but still, not showing during an agreed timeframe is purely on him. The offsite property manager Brian who is in charge of handling potential tenants, will respond promptly only before you become a tenant, prior to that, he will simply respond to you in a pedantic manner or direct you to Drew who is unresponsive. That being said, it's been 2 weeks since I moved in and zero work orders I submitted has been completed by Drew."
"I’ve been trying to reach someone about moving there but none of the numbers or email is working. How do people get in with a landlord or leasing office if all contact info doesn’t work."
"Genuinely don’t rent here, they are snaky about the move out process. They are awful human beings that try to find loopholes wherever they can. We had to turn off the water heater when we weren’t showering and turn it on just to have a hot shower. If we didn’t our electricity was almost $500!! We told the landlord and they took almost 2 months to even come look at it and it was deemed a “minor inconvenience” and they didn’t help fix our electricity bill either. Truly. Truly. Don’t rent here."
