"I usually don’t make these type of reviews, but my experience here was too disappointing not to. Me and my husband were recently touring apartments all over the area, we came here because we had these apartments saved as a possible because they were really not bad of apartments well at least for what i had seen in pictures online. The day we do decide to tour, the young lady who was there that day, we asked her for prices and availability, as well as a tour. We were given little to no information and she told us she did not have anything at all to show us, but could do a virtual tour on the computer, so we did. She then didnt even try to give us anymore information like you would normally get told at any apartments. I was nice and didn’t mind at first, but later thats evening I decided to call again since i wanted to know when they would possibly have a room to show, before making a decision. Another lady answered the phone, she was polite and told me that for one of the rooms i was interested in they did have something i could go tour and look at. So at this point i don’t know if the first young girl didn’t want to show us anything at all, careless about her job or what. I did go back to tour, i tried asking the questions now because usually at other places im given prices, also a paper with the fees and any very helpful information someone in look of apartments would love to have. So i ask her, she then tells me she has nothing to give me, but could print one out, at this point thats also being unprepared and she didn’t explain to me anything just told me the paper has everything i needed to know. She then proceeds to show us the room, as soon as we walk in she stands on her phone never tries showing us around, or letting us know what all the amenities they have, once again no information. So i ask her more questions and she just kept rolling her eyes as she spoke and told us that if we were to live there anything that stops working we would be responsible if management found out it was us who messed it up, i don’t know who in a job like that trying to do their best in trying to get a new resident at their apartment would say that but basically saying we have to pay for it. She also said that the room she showed us would not be the one we would receive and if i wanted to look around at the other ones from outside that i could do that myself. So im really not seeing what my apartment would look like until i move in ? Because the one she showed us was not bad at all, but definitely fixed enough to just be shown. Also that they don’t have parking stickers and just anyone can park anywhere even people that don’t live there. That everyone is welcome, which is great, don’t mind that but kind of dangerous. So overall what i thought was going to be a nice tour like I’ve experienced in other places where im given lots of information, made feel welcomed, etc. Here was the complete opposite and im very disappointed…. Now im not saying everyone here is bad because i only really spoke to that one leasing agent, but i don’t ever see myself leasing here with how unwelcome i felt."

"Cool layout of apartments, even comes with roommates though they only come out at night, they tend to crawl on the walls and get into everything (cockroaches)! But it’s okay because pest control will spray anywhere, even under your kids' bassinet while the baby is inside the bassinet. No towing which is awesome but sometimes the car detailers go too far and you end up missing things from your car like your catalytic converter. Lot’s of parties, though I never got an invite, smh! Sometimes people would get lost and try to enter our apartment and others thought our porch was a free for all. It’s okay, we didn’t need our decorations and camping gear. Wouldn’t move back because of the asthma the roaches gave us but we learned a lot! Pro tip: if you like the fragrance of dankness, just walk outside at literally any point."

"Nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. NO TOWING!!!!! Lived there 2 years. Leasing office staff from 2021 - 2023 were very friendly. Maintenance wasn’t very good and my car got went in a few times. But overall I never had issues."
