"The leasing system is very bad, the administration's money is stolen, it does not comply with what was agreed in the contract, the conditions are deplorable, two months without electricity or water and in the same way it charges you for electricity and water, in the office yes If you arrive with money it is well received, if you go to make a claim they close the door in your face, that rude woman. I do not recommend it. I'd rather pay more money elsewhere than be served in such a grotesque way."

"If there is a negative rating i’ll give this apartment. save yourself from stress and go to other place. management don’t care about their tenants and only want your money. if you request maintenance they will just close your ticket doing nothing even if you follow up thousand times. don’t believe anything the management will tell you they don’t honor their words. Surrounding is not safe too. random guys will knock on your doors late night. delivered packages always get lost."

"The payments made here are sketchy. If you don't keep an eye on your apartment portal I kid you not your rent can double if you don't pay attention to the so called charges they are making they don't respect your contract you can take all of the receipts of your payments and prove yourself a trillion times and they wont care lol . I sense something wrong here ever since they sold these apartments they were better 5 years ago these companies are just taking your money invest it in a home instead of paying money for a useless place . You can get alot of good things with the money you thinking about investing here don't be fooled by the looks the moldy walls are just painted over be ready to have a flood in the next weeks or so if you plan to live here ."

"I used to live in this place for a good couple of years back a few years back, visiting the place again, the place was great, and it was kept at its toes in community engagement, although maintenance did have some issues."
