"D’anna helped me figure out which apartment suited me best. I like how patient she was with me since it was my first apartment and I had lots of questions for her. From the second I walked in the office I felt welcomed and I left knowing this place was on my top list just from the experience I got in the office and the tour with her."

"This is by far the worst apartment ever. I’ve had the privilege of living in 3 different apartments so far. And this by far has the most disgusting management and maintenance. Before we moved in we were assured everything was reordered and will be repaired ASAP. The apartment itself is roach infested, mold infested. My closet carpet is filled with water due to plumbing issue. That’s the kind of toilet you get for a full/partially renovated unit. The washer and toilet we were told was ordered and still yet hasn’t arrived. I bet they didn’t order it. The faucet is all bathroom and kitchen is mold infested. The apartment was dirty when we moved in. We’ve only been here for a mont and I’m already looking to file a suit against the landlord next Monday as soon as I pay my rent. They are very accommodating when you are trying to lease until you finally move in. Every week I go in to the front office and i am told we will get someone sent to our unit before the end of the day but no one ever comes. Lastly the blinds aren’t fixed with blinds. I literally had some young kid looking through my apartment the other day."

"My brother and I moved here from New York in The last week of august. Signed a 13 month lease for an apartment agreed upon by both parties. One week later received a call saying the apartment was not going to be ready by move-in date and offered another living space. When the move in date came, the apartment they threw us in was not what was agreed upon. Promised a second story apartment, got a first floor unit. Nothing in the apartment was “newly renovated “ as promised. Cabinets and drawers were simply painted over. Some cabinets unable to open due to the lack of care going into the restoration. For the first two months, simple appliances such as microwave were unusable/not working. Dishwasher currently to date has a pool of water on the kitchen floor during every use and still has not been fixed per my maintenance requests. Today 10/24 I get back from work to notice my apartment was broken into. Front door rammed open with little to no effort. Side window smashed with a rock. Where are the cameras? Where is my protection for my valuables and my shelter? Simply not impressed and extremely unhappy with this unprofessional establishment. Can never get a hold of anyone at the front desk for help/maintenance. Receptionist always has a negative attitude and very unwelcoming."

"If there would be an option for 0 review I would have given that. Management: worst When we came inside there was a white lady who was pretending to help us but she gave the authority to the black lady and she did the job very terribly. She has no idea what she was talking about. All she was saying is I left my glasses in the office and whenever we ask questions she said I don't know, I never been to this apartment. She told us," you guys need the apartment, so you have to contact us back" when I asked when to come back. This is really embarrassing. I won't suggest anybody to even go and waste their time over there."
