"1. Maintainence is not great at handling requests, the request will be submitted online and no one will show up to assist, but then the request will be labeled as completed. 2. The rent itself is fine but there's lots of extra fees that are attached, so look out for that. 3. Plumbing has been turned off a lot recently cause the pipes are always leaking/bursting. 4. The gym hasn't really been open/working since I've been here( almost 2 years). 5. The gates have never worked. But anyways, the office staff is nice enough I guess."
"Gates haven’t worked since I moved here 5 months ago. Office attitude SUCKS, roaches are undefeated…probably because there’s trash all over, gym is not open for tenant convenience, I just called emergency maintenance because it’s 10° outside and my heat isn’t working, ha got hung up on…& to put the icing on the cake I pay my hard earned money for these amenities . Ha had I known this prior I definitely would have went to a hotel or instead."
"Entire moving process was great, from the moment I called the complex about available units up until I picked up my keys, Ty is AMAZING and so full of life and welcoming, Angie was great & very compliant with my needs and made adjustments that were needed with no hesitation, Tammy was great as well. Thanks ladies and I’m glad to be a part of the community :). If the lease term is gonna be anything like the move in process I’m definitely here for it. -Linear"
"I'm not sure what's going on no one ever answers the phone, I did and application about two months ago. Had a guy call me and tell me I got denied for the apartment but couldn't give a reason after I had paid the app fee. So I have been calling for the last two months to get no feedback at all. I live 55 min away so it's not that easy to just get up and go see why they are not answering the phone. I have left many vm still til this day no feedback. Kinda make me feel racially profiled. If anyone decides too move here make sure you have a direct line phone number very unprofessional"
"Scheduled a tour for 10am on a Saturday. I arrived at 9:55 and waited as you would expect. I went up to the door at 10:02 and heard people inside but the door was still locked. I decide to wait until 10:05 as a grace period only for that to turn into a 30min grace period. As of 10:32 no one has opened the door and no one has answered my 5 phone calls to the office. They open earlier than 10am on week days. This should be very doable for them. Very bad first impression."
