"I’ll definitely recommend moving here, it’s a very quiet and the maintenance is super great. Neighbors are very friendly as well. It’s definitely a nice place to stay if you’re trying to save up for a home. Melissa and Matt are awesome. Our moving in process was very smooth. Definitely recommend!!!"

"I’ve been here for 5 years now and have been very satisfied with the complex. Melissa in the office has been very helpful and prompt with responding to issues which is a big change from past office management. Maintenance team is very quick and professional. Floor plans are big and remodeled units are very nice. The complex is pretty quiet never had any major problems. I highly recommend."

"The apartment is great, I have nothing but good things to say. The apartment grounds are well kept, it's mostly quiet, and from my initial experience the management staff has answered all questions and made the move-in process seamless (shout-out to Matt). After move-in I had a few things that needed some looking at, the same day I entered the service request, maintenance was there to fix. As of now I think this place is great, I definitely stayed at a lot worse complexes."

"If I could give a zero I would. Front office is horrible especially Melissa. They don't know what they are talking about and they don't go by what they lease say. Head management is disrespectful and yelled at me for asking about charges that wasn't suppose to be on my account. When we got into a disagreement with them our bills started going up due to not agreeing with them. They don't care about their residents. I'm so happy I don't live there anymore. Don't waste you money at these apartments. HORRIBLE."
