"I’ve been here 7 months and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. Chandler is the sweetest person ever. Maintenance handles all work orders in a timely manner, I truly have no complaints about the property and how it’s being managed. Riverside is always doing something for their residents; food trucks, wine night, free gift wrapping, etc. I’m not a big fan of the surrounding properties, but that’s not a direct reflection of Riverside. I look forward to reviewing my new lease offer and potentially resigning if the offer is within reason."

The new administration is Excellent, Chanler is always willing to listen and resolve requests in a timely manner, she is friendly and always has a smile which makes it pleasant to go to submit a request or clarify doubts, the maintenance service is fast and resolves any inconvenience that may arise in the apartment in a matter of hours. They carry out activities to interact with the community. It is very safe and quiet. The pool is spectacular, completely clean, as are all the social areas of the community. I have already recommended it to my friends because it is a nice community."
