"Alexis and Cecilia are very unprofessional! Tenants are penalized for the inadequacies of the leasing staff. There are so many issues with this property that need to be addressed and remediated. They blame all issues with the prior leasing team, but nothing ever changes. I wish I could give them zero stars."

"I want to give a shout out to Cecilia! My leasing consultant. She was amazing throughout the leasing process and made sure to answer any and all questions for me. I toured the property with her and based on my preference, she helped me to choose the perfect unit! She made sure to reach out and provide updates regarding my application status. She was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, which meant a lot. I’m looking forward to moving in on March 15th!!! The apartment community is beautiful and the amenities are even better. I can’t wait to call this place home."

"I was so excited to move into these apartments due to the location and the wonderful amenities offered. However, I was very disappointed after experiencing the lack of communication, discriminatory, disorganized, and inconsiderate ways the staff handled the leasing process. I have waited almost 3 weeks for my application to be approved. I was offered conditional approval with no explanation despite making significantly more than the minimum 3x rent, positive rental history, and high credit score. They called me 2 days before my move-in date to let me know that they changed their minds and I was approved. Then later the same day, they emailed me to tell me the apartment I’d applied for 3 weeks ago was no longer available. The solution provided was a smaller unit for an even higher price. I’m honestly so exhausted and repelled by the leasing process and all the back and forth that I can’t help but wonder what current residents are treated like. By the way, it’s one day before move in today and I STILL haven’t received the leasing agreement."

"To start off I feel like the overall experience with everyone was great! Juliet was the one that gave us the tour and was so patient with us on showing us the different floor plans and amenities. Great a answering all our questions and so nice about everything. Then after we submitted our application Cecilia was also great on helping get everything submitted. I appreciate how honest she was with the application process and explaining to me how everything worked! Honestly they are the biggest reason my wife and I Decided to rent there! Thank you"

"Juliet is the best! I hate moving, but from our construction tour to actual move in, she’s made the entire move to the Louise worth it! The property is top notch, modern and I can’t wait to move to my new unit. The area is the best in Arlington, off the main path but still close to all"
