Steeplechase Apartments

"August 18,2023 my car was towed away from a “reserved parking” spot after parking there for 2 months. I was supposed to receive my “yellow” parking sticker October 2022 but every time I would ask for I was never given one. For several years there’s been a a lot of new management, I believe that why everytime I would address the situation about the sticker I was disregarded. No one from the office management or corporate management has rectified or compensated me for the fee I occurred due to the management error. Thank you,"

"Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews. Consider my review before moving in. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years! The hot water: has been turned off within the last 2 weeks about 5-7 times with no notice. This happens every 2-3 months. They won’t hire professionals to fix it. The parking: is horrible. We need a signed parking. It’s NO visitor parking so they take up the residents spots. You’ll move in on a deal, but they will go up on the price of rent. They move any and everybody in. It’s ridiculous! No gym. The pool wasn’t open for more than half of the summer.when it was open it was dirty! Management: they change management every few months.. why? Cause they come in.. make promises they have no intention of fulfilling. Then leave when everyone starts complaining. It’s water always running. It’s water all over the apartment on the ground.. year round. They won’t hire professionals. Work orders: you’ll have to put several orders in for 1 thing to get done. ROACHES: the apartment we moved into had a roach and ant infestation. Going on 2 years and we still have roaches and they get worst by the month. Even other people moved into the building and were complaining about the same thing. Building 7532. We aren’t the only ones with roach problems other people in the complex do as well. Pest control has this long list every time they come I will be posting pictures of all the things nobody talks about. It’s awful."

"I just put in an order for a faulty fire alarm yesterday. Communication here at this complex is wonderful because today I had Javier come in very respectfully and politely changed the faulty fire alarm and checked my light bulbs and air filter, and on top of that offered to throw out my trash. He definitely went above and beyond."

"These apartments always want you to work with them but they are never willing to work with us. I have been her for almost two years, my air continuously don’t work, their excuse is they only got one maintenance man. I have put in countless work orders for my air, I just quit asking and bought fans, which really don’t work. Mail thieves are bad so I hope you don’t plan on getting important info mailed to you because you will not get it. I normally pay my rent months in advance, this is my last month and they refuse to work with me. During the summer please expect bees and wasps to enter the apts. there were days I never opened my front door but those bugs always found their way into the apt."

"The smoothest process I’ve ever had trying to find an apartment! The customer service from the office is superb. Whether or not I get approved it has been so stress free and clear. Whether you get in or not I highly recommend Steeplechase! Staff is friendly and welcoming. I wish I could write a book but I won’t. Bless you ladies"
