"Update to below review: now that Wendy and Mario are gone we have a new management company and so far they are terrible and unless something changes I will not be renewing my lease! …………………………………….. I have been here now about 3 months and cannot express how impressed I am with the property and specifically the property manager Wendy! Thank you for making this place feel like home and always addressing any concerns promptly and fairly! It’s rare to have a property manager who truly cares about the residents as well as the property! And absolutely ask for Mario if you are looking to lease-he is awesome!"
"This place is not worth the money they charge for rent. For one their under new management who has no knowledge of what the last manager Wendy were doing with the current tenants. Which me being one she allowed me to do payments on my early termination ( that you have 30 days from notice to pay) every Thursday until it was completed paid off. Everyday of trying to pay my debt I constantly had to explain that this wasn’t RENT being owed but the early termination. One receptionist has been rude since the first day Ive encountered her for no reason. Her greetings aren’t welcoming nor is her energy. On 11/2 I stopped by the office to pay another portion of my debt. The office was at lunch and I told her I just needed to pay the same amount I had been paying every Thursday. She said okay and within an hour later sent the link to pay the ENTIRE amount instead of partial payment. I then tried to call up there and surprisingly NO ONE ANSWERED. I had to WALK up there To encounter this same rude lady. Already fed up with her words were exchanged only for the police to be called on me WHO PAID RENT and was just trying to pay my debt. I didn’t physically or threatened her. I was just BLACK trying to pay my hard earned money to leave these spider and mold infested apartments."
