Enclave at Bear Creek Apartments

"I have been a resident for several years now and have experienced many of the improvements and consistent hospitalities that the Enclave at Bear Creek provides. The office staff is responsive to needs and does will in communicating about the property or events. I haven't required much maintenance, but when I do they work hard. In a few months, I will be moving away and into a house; however, I will readily recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home! Thank you for making the Enclave a wonderful place to live!"

"I recently moved out of Enclave at Bear Creek, where I was a resident for two years. My experience was mostly pleasant. From the women running the show in the office, to maintenance, the staff are truly amazing, especially Tracy! They are all extremely professional and eager to listen to concerns, as well as finding solutions to them. It is definitely an older property, and I put my fair share of maintenance requests in, but they were mostly responded to swiftly. However, watch out for the corporate greed. Rent increases of over $500, or 40% in just two years time is outright criminal. It is why I moved and did not give a five-star rating. The apartments are well-maintained, but there are a lot of nicer, more modern apartments in neighboring cities that aren't asking for what Enclave currently is. I imagine the rent hikes are due to the very MINIMAL updates that were recently made to the units and property. Overall, its a safe, quiet place to live. However, be aware that rent hikes are both common and pricy here, and there's not much the property managers can do by way of retention, due to the owners' astonishing greed. One's money can go a heck of a lot further."

"As a current resident of Enclave at Bear Creek apartments, I have to say that I absolutely love living here! From the moment I first moved in, I was impressed by the beautiful landscaping and the serene atmosphere of the property. What really sets this apartment complex apart, though, is the incredible staff. The management, office personnel, and maintenance crew are all amazing, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that every resident feels comfortable and well-cared for. Whenever I have had an issue or needed help with something, the staff has always been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They truly make me feel like part of a community, rather than just another tenant. One thing I especially love about living here is the koi fish pond. It's such a beautiful and peaceful spot, and it really adds to the overall ambiance of the property. Plus, the landscaping is always well-maintained and beautiful. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Enclave at Bear Creek. It's a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment complex with a fantastic staff and beautiful surroundings."

"UPDATE JULY/2022: [Short version] This management is the most unprofessional, irresponsible, childish, false leading management I have ever ran into. The leasing office staff with smile and talk to you in the sweetest voice when you acquire about the property. However, once you move in and experience problems, they will also use the same sweet voice to tell you that you are not of priority and your problems are irrelevant. Your ask for help with either be dismissed or ignored completely. [Detailed version] A month before moving out, I noticed a leak coming from the ceiling of my kitchen on a Friday night. I called the office immediately on Saturday notifying them I have an emergency maintenance that needs to be looked at right away. Tracy replied in a sweet voice that "maintenance orders will be looked at in their order of priority", I explained to her it is an active leak (which is considered emergency maintenance under the law of Texas) and I will be out of town for 4 days for a business trip. I begged her over the phone to simply have someone come and take a look to see the leak in person. If it is truly not an emergency, then I can wait. I've checked my ring door camera the entire day, nobody shows up. For the next 3 days, I wrote 4 emails to the property manager Tiffany and the assistant manager Tracy for the past 4 days, no replies. I had to ask my friend to come over every night to dump out the water that's been collecting in the tubs I put out. The leaks went from1 leak to 4-5 leaks, and there was water all over the kitchen, dinning area, soaking my furniture and floors. The 4th day, after seeing the condition of my apartment, I called the leasing office and firmly told them that I will hire my own plumbers to fix the leak if they do not fix this today. The maintenance guy shows up 30 minutes after the call, and even he was surprised at the amount of damage that was made. The maintenance guy fixed the leak in less than 10 minutes. Property manager Tiffany replied me with a number for 24/7 emergency services the day after the leak was fixed. It was too late. The fact that the leasing office ignored me after I told them it was an "emergency" problem demonstrates that they don't care about their residents or they are so unknowledgeable and don't know how to do their jobs. -------------------- The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, but they need to do a better job in maintaining their properties. Out of the 8 months I have lived here, there is constant maintenance issues (Leaking sink, no constant hot water, brown running water, sinks backing up, water leaking from the ceiling, windows leaking, walls cracking, holes in the walls, broken AC, bathroom counter slanting, walls cracking, etc). It becomes extremely problematic because it takes an average of 2+ months for maintenance to come and fix the problems. The quality of the buildings are so poor, if you are not prepared to constantly deal with maintenance problems then I would not recommend this place for you. 2 stars for location."
