"Man it was a tough stay here. First unit always flooded in the living room when it rained. After over a month of back and forth with the front office, we finally got moved to another unit, but they did lower our rent after that which I appreciated. The problem isn’t with the office or even maintenance it’s just simply not a nice complex. SEVERE foundation issues, roaches everywhere, even if you don’t smoke you’re forced to smell weed in your own place because of neighbors, and they towed me twice! Needs a lot of work. Again, I believe Naelly and the office team are great but complex isn’t it honestly."

"Towing cars illegally, office has a major attitude, the apartments has major roaches, and they extort ppl. Why is this not been looked into?… These are the most trashy apartments in Arlington and they are all scam artists. Don’t move there, they should dismantle the apartments and start over. The atmosphere is lame and the apartments sit on a hill which causing so many foundation issues. Water leaks from outside into the apt. And the ppl upstairs are constantly stopping and walking hard like the doing it on purpose. Keep looking, these apartments not for everyone, and a one start is even undeserving… Lawsuit is their future!."

"This is my very first apartment so I don't have much to compare it to. When I was looking for an apartment last year this was my first and only stop. I talked to Jacintha and she was so helpful and nice about everything. She allowed me to look at a more updated apartment than what I was getting but told me before hand that if I wanted to pay more, I could get more updated stuff (which as a broke college student was a no). My brother in law came in and questioned her about every detail of the apartment and she handled it very well and wasn't rude or anything like that. For the price of the place and what we got we were very satisfied. Maintenance was always really nice and quick about everything. I would put in work orders and they would get done within the next few days. Only ever saw one roach, on the ceiling, and pest control came out the very next Wednesday and I never saw anything again. My only complaint are the kids that are running around at all hours of the night during summer, but I feel that would happen almost everywhere. The only reason I'm not renewing my lease is because I'm getting more roommates and we have to find a place to fit everyone. These apartments are fantastic, esp for your first one!"
