"First of all SUZETTE is the worse manager I ever came across in my life. Very rude and has an unpredictable personality. The management will charge you unfairly just to make profit. You can’t defend yourself even with proper documentation. Plus these apartments are over priced imagine paying $1100+ just to suffer every month from the apartment falling apart."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but DONT MOVE HERE!!! THE WORST APARTMENTS IVE LIVED IN EVER before I moved here I read reviews and over looked them but I should have listened to them!!!! Let’s start with the water … if you want to take a nice hot shower or bath you won’t be able to here the water is COLD and they constantly turn it off for hours for “maintenance” due to pipe leaks but nothing ever changes. ROCHES are your best friend here especially upon move in … we had to bomb our apartment multiple times before we could even move our belongings in due to how infested the unit was. Parking is HORRIBLE Ive had to park several buildings down from my apartment because EVERY spot was took, which Is crazy because most of the cars parked are visitors that shouldn’t be parked there which causes actual residents to walk a long way just to get home. The Pool hasn’t been open since we moved in last year in May!! They will tell you it will be open and they are working on organizing it but they never do . Cars get stolen from parking lot . The trash is always full , so full that there is trash on the ground. They charge you unnecessary fees such as GAS none of the units uses gas at all stoves are electric and the fire places are self starters so why are residents being charged gas ???!!!! . I paid for renters insurance for the whole year upon move in and they still charged me $16 monthly , I brought it to their attention multiple times and I was always given the run around about why I was getting charged when I had already paid it up for the year even with me showing PROOF of renters insurance to them they were NO help .The apartment itself is raggedy don’t let the “upgrade” fool you … The office staff is rude SUZETTE to be exact she is very unprofessional and non-understanding , she says one thing and does another lets not mention how she showed up to court in a tshirt with her stomach out smh!!! This place is trashy just like her ,let’s not even mention how management changes ALL the time , no one ever knows anything and acts lost about the problems at this property . They held $2,000+ worth of money orders that they rejected and claimed corporate sent them back to me , while waiting to receive my money back from them I receive a eviction notice which is WRONG how do you put someone out and you have their money ?. They try to reply to google reviews as if they are very apologetic about issues but in reality they are full of bs DONT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY , TIME AND SANITY. I could go on and on about this property I hope they improve their community ASAP which will probably never happen. EDIT: they try to reply to your reviews as if they haven’t done any wrong ! Don’t let these apartments fool you . SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY . I don’t wish what they put us through on anybody !!!"

"Think before moving here. There are lots of issues. It seems like they are trying to work on some of the issues But the Apartment floors freezing cold glued on floorin no insulation the extra fees are ridiculous and a couple hundred extra a month. Dog park is tiny"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I barley had hot water for the entire one year lease. They would not fix it and I had to call code compliance multiple times in which the COFW required them to have a site wide inspection due to the numerous amount of problems found around the property. MY roof completely fell in not even a couple months after moving in. I talked to maintenance guy who repaired the roof and he clearly said it was not fixed correctly due to the complex not wanting to pay for it to be done the right way. The office staff are horrible. Before I left, I talked with a couple other residents who claim the same thing about the hot water and staff. This property is should in no way continue to stand with the amount of problems and then they have the nerve to charge $1100 for a one bedroom with NO HOT WATER. Please save your self time and alot of money dealing with these people."

"if you’re thinking about moving here because it’s cheap or whatever reason……. don’t. i repeat DON’T!!! had nothing but problems since i moved here. bug problems, parking/towing problems, management problems, everything problems 24/7. i’ve been so miserable since moving here, the only thing stopping me from leaving are the fees involved in breaking the lease."
