"OK this is my last review I'm moving out November 30th. I've been in this apartment complex since December 1st 2017. And it's a whole mess. Starting with the Owner,Maintenance, and Office personnel Jessica.Najera. I put in a work order October 28th because my AC unit went out, we had a week of coolness. Maintenance Samuel said my pipes were frozen. Work order closed out but wasn't completed. Fast forward currently November 9th still not working and poor communication with the office staff including maintenance.im not saying don't move here. Just saying you get what you pay for. I just paid my Rent and I can't get any assistance from the complex. It's been a very horrible experience. Shonda Hixson was the apartment manager, ms.kim was a very good apartment manager. Jessica.Najera is a poor office person she sits in that office and hides behind a computer screen she also lacks communication skills. And she definitely doesn't follow up to make sure the grounds keeper acting as maintenance Samuel is doing his job not just hiding in what's supposed to be the laundry room. Hector, was maintenance he completed work orders, and was certified in working on AC units. My neighbor lived here 3 months and moved out in the middle of the night. Never any parking. Beware this place is a joke. I've seen 5 murders in this complex. Good luck getting any kind of assistance. Once again office personnel sucks as well as maintenance . Hope your handy causes you'll be doing your own maintenance request.. Thank God I had the good sense to not renew."

"DO NOT move here!!!! My children and I have been living in a nightmare!! I have been dealing with a gnat Infestation for over 4 months now and nothing has been done to fix it by management! The exterminator came out and said that the Villas at 1404 needed to hire someone to clean out the pipes and they still have not called anyone to do it! Poor management all the way around. You don't have freedom to do anything. Can't smoke cigarettes, can't have barbeque grills, can't have anything on your doors, not enough parking spots, you have to pay for parking if all the free ones are occupied, which out of about 30 spots, 20 of them are reserved by tenants (they pay $50 extra a month for a reserved parking spot)! This is a prison, not somewhere you would want to call home!!!!"

"People living in this community are nice. When I moved in, they helped me a lot to carry the heavy stuff into my apartment. The property manager, Miss Chantel Sanders is so nice and considerate. She provided a great service which I have rarely seen before. A good community depends not on how new the buildings are, but on how friendly people are treating each other!! Ware"

"Never meet a property manager that not only enjoys her job(Chantal Sanders) but is the perfect example of awesome customer service. She makes sure your experience with Casa Rosa is a great one. Her residents are blessed to have someone that actually cares and it shows. Kudos to Chantal Sanders and all the hard work you do. You are appreciated!"
