"After 4 yrs of staying here, taking care of my wife, after her heart attack,subdual hymatoma,stroke, & finally death! In the apartment no less! The management decided to kick me out,after a week,& a half of my wife's death! Cause, I was not on the lease! & even though they knew I was there! My wife still had 6 more month's left on that lease,& to too it all off, they wouldn't let me have the deposit either! Our apartment was the only apartment that was not infested with roaches, spider's,or even bedbugs! Especially since all the other apartments around us did have them!& let's not even begin to mention the sexual assaults, assaults, thefts,& disrespectful people that are there too! So goodluck with that place!"
"Very dangerous living there! Always gun shots and no security! My aunt was robbed 2 times and the people in administration didn't care about it! BEWARE for your life!"
"Been here 2 years and they do me right . Mangers are really nice, and they fix any problems you have with the apartment. Great place to live."
"This is the worse place if you are concerned about your safety and people using selling drugs this is not the place for you. My son moved here he had guns fired all times of the day and night, they have set the dumpsters on fire and most recently he asked SEVERAL times to have his doors re keyed and his patio door secured and the management have balked at him!! The parking lot hasn't been fixed in over a year that he has lived there and the new management is worse than the old management! VERY unsafe place the police have been called several times, people sell drugs in the parking lot, guns shot all the time, management doesn't care"
"Do not move here. I moved in July 2015. They told me they was going to fix the parking lot in 2 weeks that had yet to happen. There are always people standing out side all times of the night. My car have been broken into. there is no security on the property.. Mangers are very rude. You hear Gun shots all time of day bullet casing over the parking lot. . My apartment also had mice mantance left rat traps all over my kitchen and living room. They could never tell me where the mice was coming from. Wouldn't even come pick them up and they put them out with out my permisson. My apartment became very unsafe for me and my kids health. If you have children do not mover here this is no place to raise your child."
