"I've been here 3 yrs and I have to say Eve was and is the best office assistant ever!!!! I was so sad and ready to leave when Eve left because the new staff wasn't nice at all but now that she's back I'm ready to renew my lease. She actually talks to you like she cares and doesn't just treat you like Just some resident! Eve you make my stay here less stressful and I love working with you. Eve shows empathy, she's caring, and seriously I wish every office had someone like her! The best decision this place could have made was bringing her back!"

"I’ve been living here for three years now, it seems like every year when the summer comes around our ac unit is always going out; and we always have to wait months, literally months before it’s fixed. Not to mention within my three years of living here the pool has been opened up ONCE. It’s always being “cleaned” so if this is one of the entities you are looking forward to, I wouldn’t get your hopes up. Although I can say they have done some improvements on our complex parking lot which I’m extremely grateful for, considering you was messing up your cars tires every time you drove in and out. Alongside that, the area is genuinely peaceful for the most part, you may see a lot of people out but everyone definitely minds their own business over here."
