"I have lived at the park at Ashford for almost 3 years. The manager , Manny is a very nice person. She always has a smile and tries her best to accommodate me. The maintenance men are very hard workers and try to do their best to take care of whatever problems I may have. I don't plan to move any time soon. I am being well taken care of."

"I’ve lived here for many years. Recently, the property was acquired by new owners and new staff. Ever since, my experience has been poor! The lady in the front office is very rude and I caught her lying to me about my unit/ bill. They will charge you for services they don’t provide. Rarely will someone answer your phone calls. Don’t bother leaving a message, they won’t call back. The place feels like it’s put together with cardboard and Elmer’s glue. Maintenance doesn’t show up when they say to expect them. And there repairs are temporary at best. Overall, if you need a place to live with a garage, that’s all you get. Expect the bare minimum at a premium price!"

"This is a beautiful Apartment/Townhome community! Friendly, helpful staff. Cute Apartments/Townhomes with character and charm. Peaceful and quiet community. Nicely organized, weekly Apartment Townhome community events. Two pools and a hot tub open and available year round. Shopping center in walking distance and Mall less than five minutes away. Several restaurants and fast food eating places a few minutes away. Easy access to main highways accessible in less than five minutes. Overall great rental choice!"
