"A cheap place to live and safe overall. They could do a better job at posting notices and returning phone calls. (Notices need to be posted around the complex in advance.) They'll cancel appointments at the last minute without regard for their tenants' time. Also, the tow truck company prowls the property every day and night, so make sure your permit is 100% compliant. (1. Keep a picture of your current parking permit on your phone. 2. Notify the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation if you believe your vehicle was wrongfully towed.) Fortunately, I haven't had any major problems with the unit itself and work orders do get addressed. Fortunately again, I haven't had many. It's an acceptable place to live if you don't make a lot of money. That's it's main saving grace really. You get what you pay for."

"Walked into the office with my daughter to inquire about an apartment and neither of the ladies acknowledged us as we entered into the office. One was on her cell phone and the other was on the computer, neither one of them bothered to look up from their devices. Very unprofessional and no customer service skills whatsoever. Would not think of ever renting here!"

"if i could rate 0 star i absolutely would DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! severe roach and ant infestation problem, front office stafff is INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! definitely not worth the money you’re spending for rent nothing is renovated all they do is raise and collect rent and they will barge into your home whether you’re there or not … they claim they have people come spray your apartments but are they really spraying if you still have A ROACH PROBLEM??? also never tell you what time they are coming they just come and unlock your door. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CLOWNS I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!"

"If I could put no stars I honestly, whole heartedly would. They are the most shadiest apartments I’ve ever rented from and I’ve rented from a lot of apartments. If you like to hang out with an infestation and terrible front office workers. Go ahead and live at this place. They’ll act like they lost your lease and get you to sign a new one but raise the price without telling you. Very unprofessional. Gross. Disrespectful staff."

"Been dealing with a Roach nest now 3 months. Pest control did nothing when they came in last month. If not for the Bathroom exhaust fan I would not be able to live here. I have bought roach baits, Roach Gel, Tablets and Bug stop. Nothing works. My hope was the professional, but, like I said did nothing. Rent Has gone up $156 I hope to change this review in the future. I like living here."
