Spring Lake Village Apartments

"I will give 1 star because it won't let me give 0 stars. This place is horrible I've been living here for 3 years and there's never hot water but you get a $200 water bill. The A/C unit are old and the maintenance will not replace them instead they put a window unit. Several maintenance man will stare at every lady that walks in front of them and they will look for any reason to go to your apartment. Pest control? What's that? this people will charge you for this service but they will never show up and when they do they use the cheapest product in the market. So if you like to live with bugs roaches and no hot water then this is the right place for you. Oh last thing if you want a "reserved parking spot" you need to pay $50 per car but that will not guarantee that someone else won't park on your spot. We have a couple drugs dealers and cops are about to move their police station to here. In order for the residents feel "safe" we will need a Police Department in the apartments."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It is the absolute worst! The apartment was disgusting when I moved in. The floors were gross & sticky no matter what I did nothing removed it. The apartment itself was filled with roaches! No matter how many times they sent out someone to take care of it, they NEVER went away. ALSO if you like to shower with hot water there is almost never hot water!! And parking is bad!!! There is never parking! Save your money and look elsewhere!"

"I been at Spring Lake for almost, 9 months. I have to say Lily, is the best at getting things done! She genuinely cares about her tenants. She tries her best, there's issues that are out of her control, like when maintenance doesn't perform to standards or things take longer to fix than expected. I had maintenance issues and I can say both, Lily and Cassie, have answered my calls while on Vacation. Yes, is a WIP community, which it gets better everyday. You follow the rules and pay your rent on time, you shouldn't have any issues. I would like to see more restriction on parking, I believe the issue with the parking is residents having more than 2 cars to one apartment. I would like to see, the parking area better; lines more visible, more info on guest parking when signing lease, where visitors can park is not visible or legible enough. I don't have any pests in my apartment. Thanks again Lily!"

"I've been a resident for two years and can say the management and staff are friendly and professional. They do a great job at maintaining the property. I've had to have emergency maintenance twice and each time staff was prompt and the manager Lily was very considerate. The complex is consistently improving. During my stay they renovated many of the property's aesthetics. The only thing I can knock is the parking. Makes sense for covered parking to be a premium but there aren't many spots compared to the paid parking."

"Can I just say this office has like the best people ever!!! They management is great and my apartment is brand new! The renovations and upgrades they have done are out of this world! Spring Lake...you are doing a fantastic job and you guys are so kind and pleasant to be around. You make me feel so welcome. Thank you. That is a rare thing these days! So thank you."
