"Norma is definitely auntie. She works with you and very understanding. She checks on you, there when you need, gets maintenance on it when there’s a problem all you have to do is communicate."
"I took a look at an efficiency and it was beautiful inside. It was very clean as well. I was impressed. Don't be fooled by outside as it is really nicer on the inside. You must see to appreciate. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a new place to live. Attentive office personnel named Norma Cisneros."
"Well I live here and have enjoyed it pretty much since I moved in. It is a much older property and the wear and tear shows. Nothing too terrible. They try really hard to keep the grounds clean. Terminator comes every two months. I haven't had some problems with maintenance request. Requested several things in writing about 2 months ago and still haven't gotten my air conditioning filter changed since November. When I followed up on my requests I was told that they were focusing on units that have leaks before anything. I'm guessing that was a very prominent problem. Appliances in my apartment at least, are not so gently used. Have probably seen better days and should be replaced but they work for the most part. I love my apartment it's huge tile floors, laminate wood in the bedroom.I was really surprised, I didn't see the unit before I moved in so I was not sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It is an all bills paid complex, and my thermostat will not go any lower than 75 so it's always 75 degrees or hotter in my apartment. I make it work though I have several fans going at all times. The neighborhood took some getting used to, but all the people that I've met in the complex have been here for several years and are extremely helpful and nice and it's a sense of community we help out our neighbors. That's really refreshing to experience in today's times. I really don't have any complaints my main complaint with this meeting at the thermostat doesn't go below 75 other than that I can't say it's a bad place to live. I was homeless for 5 years before I was able to get another home so it has a bathroom a kitchen a bedroom and some form of air conditioning so I'm not complaining. The rent is a bit steep for a one bedroom but it is almost paid and it would be more if I had to pay those individual utilities separately and had to pay deposits up front so it is really worked out for me. I don't much care for the tow truck driver. I warned a neighbor that he was towing their car as a neighbor caught up to him he did release the call back to the gentleman for $100 he hadn't even made it to the gate of the complex. The driver took it upon himself to drive back througb the apartment complex and stop in front of my apartment and threatened me because I had company to tell the management that unauthorized persons were in my apartment I was trying to tow my friend's car but couldn't because I had a visitor's parking pass so he was a little bit dismayed about that. Oh well I guess I'll get over it or he won't I can care less like I said we look out for our neighbors here. So again overall a little pricey for the age of the apartments but the size is worth it and it is all bills paid no frills no luxurious amenities but it's a nice place to call home."
"Update: We moved in. Crack heads every where!!! But the gates are finally working to keep nonresidents out! Lots of stragglers walking at all times during the night. Car window was broken in 2 days. Children are incredibly loud playing outside after hours! Ms. Norma is still a real property manager though! I We haven’t moved in yet, but in a couple of days we will. Ms. Norma is an absolute sweetheart! She helped us through the process, and made sure that we got the townhouse that we wanted. She seems to care about her residents and it shows! The maintenance guy showed us 3 apartments, and he was also kind! When you have a manager that cares and a friendly staff, that makes a world of difference! The grounds look like they are kept well. I didn’t see trash everywhere! The stores are so close that you can walk to them! Very convenient!"
