Presidio at River East

"UPDATE 8/1: Package & property theft continues. The dog gate/building doors that lead off the property & to the main road are unsecured and has been broken for over 6 months. We have witnessed suspicious characters jump the fence during the day. Additional photos uploaded to show poor maintenance of the building & common areas. BEWARE! There is active personal property theft. The security cameras are not reliable and the fob system malfunctions and is not regularly maintained. The street gate entrances are regularly left open; leaving your personal property and safety at risk. The property management allows aggressive dog breeds to live onsite & roam without a leash. No consequences to the owners. Property staff will enter your apartment without prior notification & the property is not managed well i.e., dirty hallways, trash throughout the parking area and a strong smell of dog urine from the artificial turf surrounding the property."
