"PLEASE READ: I live here now coming from Arkansas this has been the worst experience ever. Maintenance never show up on time or don’t even come at all. the lights always go out and their fridges they give are very out of date and always stop working. These guys actually tow cars for no reason so watch out for that. I moved in 5 months ago and my tub was peeling all Over come feb 2024 it still hasn’t been fixed. These are the cheapest apartments ever. The office people are rude barely care for what you have to say. If you’re looking for something bottom of the barrel and cheap/nasty move here!"

"I will say this team is really trying to get the apartments back into better living standards. I see them every morning picking up trash . They listen and are attentive! Not to mention community activities! These apartments are really old just keep in mind plumbing is going to be an issue . But they are fixing it! Go new team :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Assistant manager Frances done hung up in my face because she couldn’t understand that I didn’t know what my new parking number was . All I could tell her was the number next to me and my old parking number.. I was very nice in the beginning there was nothing to be upset about . Frances grew frustrated and didn’t want to change her tone because she couldn’t understand what I was trying to tell her.. I began to raise my voice. Not to mention I was beginning my lunch break.. she proceeded to hang up in my face.. I called back very upset from the unnecessary disrespect.. I began hyperventilating and Michelle the manager offered me emergency assistance all because her assistant rudely hung up in my face.. Michelle proceeded to say it’s been a long week as if that was supposed to justify Frances actions. I made sure to do this review immediately. Not to mention I’ve been a faithful and on time paying tenant for 3 years. I am very disgusted not to mention I have to go back into work all flustered and I’m a massage therapist."

"UPDATE: wish I could give a better review but I can’t get hot water in my apartment. If you want ice cold water during freezing temperatures then this IS your place to stay. The best thing about this complex right now are the current management staff. Josie and Maritza are the nicest staff this complex has had since I have moved in. I hope they stay. Old review: If I could give this apartment a Zero star rating, I would. My mailbox has already been tampered with and broken into once, and now recently on 8/5/23 my mailbox was broken into AGAIN because all this apartment complex does is change keys which does absolutely nothing. A credit card was stolen and was racked up with a bunch of charges. Whoever’s broke baby mama needed the money to get their kids some clothes hope you also enjoy a fraud case as well! This apartment lacks staff with degrees, experience, and sense of urgency and kindness. They will tell you that you pay 1 amount for rent but do NOT DISCLOSE ANY OF THE FEES THAT THEY STACK ON YOU ON THE DAY YOU SIGN THE LEASE. The management office is fully of shady people. The property managers DO NOT CARE about you or your safety. They DO NOT CARE about your privacy. They DO NOT communicate and they DO NOT take responsibility when THEY GO WRONG. This place is the absolute WORST place you could ever consider moving in to."

"Moved in July 2023 , apartment hadn’t been cleaned since last tenant… Roach infested! Filters looked like they’d never been changed … Hot water went out before thanksgiving, it’s now late January and I still have no hot running water … I’ve called the office a 1000 times and they just continue to tell me they’re working on it but nothings been done .. photos below were taken upon move in"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating! The office staff is a revolving door, the maintenance men don’t speak English nor do they get things done on time and lastly, we have been without hot water FOR WEEKS and there is no sense of urgency to make the repairs. I am out of here as soon as my lease expires! Again, DO NOT move here, save your money and go where they care about their residents!"
