"It's ain't y'all that's good but this only place we have too staying in"
"Management Debra refused my wife and i the apartment that we had been approved for after saying she got a bad vibe cause we was told that it would be ready on a certain day we were upset and cause we was gonna have to wait longer she said she had a bad vibe when she messed up then said I will send y'alls deposit back she got very aggressive and started yelling at us telling us to leave her office"
"The lady that runs and manages this place the rudest type of woman who sees herself as better than everyone around her and not only is she an angry drunk, but she is a daily drinker. I would not recommend living at this place. Some of the aptsare still not redone from the 1960's. And you can imagine how nasty 50 years of grime and nastiness can look and smell like. She purposefully overcharges people on rent and pockets the extra until someone notices and she will then threaten to evict. If you do move to this s%*^hole, just don't get on her bad side. That is where you don't want to be. She will lie and manipulate any and everyone she must in order to make sure you lose out. Watch what I say people."
"I just wanted to share My wonderful experience with everyone. The South plaza apartments has gone above and beyond all my expectations. The management is awesome she is super nice and it's just an all around great person to be able to talk to and she keeps a great eye on her property. The maintenance crew here is super nice and I just love it this place truly made me feel like home. Thank you all so much"
"Should get zero stars. Managment is rude. People's cars got egged along with mine. Manager screamed at me that i don't need to tell the other resdent i didn't do it. I never siad that .Apartment's carpet was messed up when i moved in and holes was in the walls. Lied to me and said she knew. Charged me over 1600 for damage i did not do."
