"The absolute worse horrible unsafe nasty molded roach infested none responsive disrespectful terrible place you can move to. Management forever changing maintenance doesn’t answer emergency phone calls appliances don’t work and I can keep going. DO NOT MOVE HERE"
"The apartments are under new staff and they are absolutely great .. been having problems with my windows leaking when it rains and I have complained for almost 3 years an with the new staff I put in one work order an it’s fixed with no problem"
"I love this area of where the Apartment are. Now it is bad on roaches, BUT, you can get it under control. Other then that I love the Management Team here."
"The apartments themselves have their fair share of issues ( roaches and various things in need of real repair rather than what looks like essentially a band aid over the problems dryers in the laundry rooms don't work at all pool is never actually used ) all these things personally I've managed too deal with however ever since the management change a few months ago this place has skyrocketed to rock bottom office is never open ( closed around 3 pm on a weekday) they apparently are no longer open on Saturday ( had to have another resident tell me that because on Google it still says they are )management has 0 communication other than what I assume is an automated bot thing spamming texts about fees from months ago that are questionable at best they apparently pay no attention to the resident portal communication option either phone number on Google goes straight to voicemail Here's to hoping management changes again and fast because this is ridiculous"
"Maintenance and pest control are never on time or just never show. The pools are permanently closed. Dumpsters fill up way too fast."
