"I can’t get a number to the office. The number online is not unavailable or no one ever answers"
"It is impossible to talk to anyone because the phone disconnects when I call the number. I left emails a few times and still no response. I read the reviews and saw that the negative ones are from people with the same issues. The staff replies to the comments with apologizing and saying to contact them, which is asinine because that’s the reason for the negative reviews."
"I have been trying to get ahold of this place for weeks. Every time I call the number, no one answers and it hangs up on me. Also, their website does not lend any good contact information. I would like to speak with their management company because this is not professional. I just want to know if they have any availability coming soon."
"The staff are extremely unorganized and disappointing. Since the time of application my experience has been a disarray. Was originally rented one unit, then comes time to sign the lease was told that unit was rented out and that I would be getting another unit. Keep in mind that I have had my utilities scheduled for setup at the previous unit. Okay, so when it is time to transfer my utilities I had so much trouble, because the previous tenant left unpaid bills. I had to reach out to management to get the matter rectified. So, I tell the staff that I will be taking off on a specific date to go and pick up my keys, only to get there and the staff member is allegedly sick. Keep in mind the location of the main office is in Irving and I am driving from Fort Worth. Since the staff member was sick they didn't have access to her email to verify that my utility account information. So, I had to drive all the way back to Fort Worth without my keys. So the next day the staff brings me the keys and garage opener. The garage opener was for another unit. I finally move in only to find so many problems with the unit. Wholes in the garage, dirty microwave, kitchen cabinet door off the hinges, toilet clogged , AC not running, cable sockets not working had to pay to get a signal. Still to this day I am having issues and it takes forever to get resolved. Yard stays filled with other people weed or cigars wrappers, and trash. The 4th of July was extremely brutal you couldn't get to your garage without fireworks popping everywhere. And it continued all night for the next three days. The complex itself is quiet other than those issues. Rent at your own risk."
"This property is far from “luxury”. New management and a new payment system. Last year I had dead animal stuck somewhere in my walls that entered through the fireplace. All management did was send maintenance and stick a broom up the fireplace to try to let it out. Days later we got a welcoming surprise of blowflies. The animal must have expired after trying to get out of the walls. All management did about the situation was send an educational packet about blowflies and how to cope with them. Property is supposedly “remodeled/updated”. Appliances hardly work. Countless work orders. Insulation is terrible... electric bills have been the highest out of any property I’ve lived in. More recently I broke my lease and made my payment a day early because they had switched to a new system. I was notified 6 days after rent was due that I had acquired a $95 late fee and payment had not gone through. So I explained to the manager that I am never late on payments and always make sure I pay early. Note they just switched to a new system...Nothing could be done so I simply paid the full amount and hoped their new system takes it. Apparently they will notify you once late charges are accrued of unsuccessful payments their part. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional management. Your rent money is better off spent somewhere else."
