"They basically said we got denied because they think I was lying about my son’s social security payments and said his case number wasn’t the same which it wasn’t stated on the paper I had sent them that the ss had fax me over to give to them. This place gave us so many run arounds we was dealing with them beginning of January now it’s February the month we were supposed to move out but oh well shame on them and the owner and they will reap what they sow. This whole apartment complex is a scam don’t try to move there!"

"I’ve lived here for quite some time now in the management is very friendly. They get maintenance work there in a timely as possible. I enjoy living here. It is absolutely quiet and management is respectful. I do recommend these apartments. Two families and single individuals. I’ll be here for another 40 years if I can"

"This is either a scam or the office workers are incapable. Rather annoying, but there's a reason they're the cheapest it seems. I haven't seen the people in the office doing anything when there's a problem, for anybody. I never see them working and when they are, it's because they're talking to people trying to move in and I never see those people move in. I've heard them hold double standards for people for different move in requirements, but if I was to state this here, they would likely know who this is and begin messing with me. It's as if they believe they're slumlords exploiting others in a "capitalist" society."

"I have just signed my second lease here at Railridge Apartments, and I was very happy to do so. I have really enjoyed my stay here. Catherine and the management team are always very polite and attentive with every interaction, or when I have called for any issue or questions. The leasing terms are fair, with pricing being very competitive. The maintenance team is top-notch. Any time I have a maintenance request, it is handled promptly and professionally and they do great work. Not to mention that they actually walk the property often to help keep it clean. I will continue to live here and enjoy it!"

"Railridge apts refused to give my sister her deposit back when she hadn't signed her lease yet and she said they could give it back but we're not. The manager is just planning on keeping her deposit fof herself. If anyone is reading this post please do not move into these apts they will just keep your money and not approve you. This place is a joke and they don't make things look right before you move in anyway!!!!! And I will be posting this all over social media you will lose more than my sister."
