"Okay!! I saw a post and review on here that said the rent went up often as much as $20? First of all, I have lived here for over 5 years. The rent cannot go up until the end of your contract! If your contract is for 12 months the rent will not go up for 12 months. And if someone has rats and roaches crawling up the inside of their walls and they are pretty nasty people. As I said, I have lived here for over 5 years and most everybody that comes into my house realizes that I do not have roaches, I do not have fleas, and I do not have mice! Also If you are late on your rent, the process is that same as any TAA contract. Now I'm not saying Polo Club is perfect, but unless you can afford to pay 3000.00 a month you are not going to get even close to perfect!"

"I've been living here for almost 2 years now the community is really nice with some nice people the office employees are always very helpful they are never in your business. I've had minor problems but as soon as I let them know they are at my apartment within a hour or so; Rent is cheap, they pay the water bill, they keep you updated on whatever is happening overall it's a very nice place to live at! I plan on being here for a few more years!"

"It's a decent place. The only issue is with roaches. I have had the place sprayed with the strongest treatment and the roaches are still bad. Could be the pest guy. He is a jerk honestly and comes late in the day. He really should show up in the morning. But with low rent and only electric to be paid, it's not bad. Just wish the bugs weren't so bad."
