Scenic at River East

"Been living in the apartment for more than a year now and our lease is about to end and the transaction with Paula regarding this is always so frustrating because she would always talk to you in the most demeaning way. She is impatient, she does not like if you have questions because she would make you feel stupid! My husband and I haven't been living in the apartment for a month now so I called the office because we have an $80 charge for water supply. I unfortunately had to talk to Paula again regarding this issue and I had to clarify something and she said "DID YOU NOT HEAR WHAT I SAID?" the tone of her voice then again seemed annoyed and whenever she can't understand what I just said (we have an accent), she would be like "WHAT?!" SORRY ENGLISH IS NOT OUR FIRST LANGUAGE. There's a certain tone in her voice that would make you feel embarrassed. This is always the case with her. This is not an isolated case because this is how she talks to my husband as well. She would talk over him as he speak. As soon as she gives you an attitude, she would be undoing by ending the conversation with the most cheery goodbye like nothing happened, like she did not just make us feel stupid for asking/clarifying. Her passive-aggressiveness needs to be addressed."

"Best apartment complex I have lived at by far. The property is so peaceful and quiet. Madison at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice! She made sure I was settled in and made me feel super comfortable. Definitely the best!"

"I am moving to the area and the Scenic by far has been my favorite. Paula's was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She gave me a tour and the few people we walked by knew her by name and smiled. You hardly see that in an apartment complex any more. Very encouraging! The apartments are very nice, but Paula hands down has moved Scenic at River East to the top of my list of places to move."

Madison from the front office was my saving grace she hooked me right up with the best apartment for the best price in no time and my acceptance process was easy and flowed smoothly. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience here at The Scenic."
