"Nice environment, nice place to live. Maintenance gets job done on time. Not that kids friendly though. Moved from here to my own newly built home."
"Don't even bother. The property constantly changes ownership and the management is inconsistent with rules/policy enforcement. My HVAC broke several times in 2.5 years, I had a busted water line, and the place was filthy when I first moved in. The management was indifferent to the filth and discrepancies of my unit when I first moved in (saying they didn't have time to clean it). However, they'll still take your deposit and stiff you on various other surcharges and fees when you want to move out. If you don't renew your lease, choosing instead to move out a week or two before the end of your contract (like several neighbors and myself), they still expect written notification and will tack on surcharges for doing so (which is absolutely ridiculous). The peace and safety of the area is in constant decline. In fact, I was caught in the middle of a shootout between two vehicles at a stop sign (the car in front of me and behind me were exchanging gunfire, less than a block away from the complex) and police are constantly at the complex for whatever reason(s). Twice, my dog caught someone trying to break into my unit... once through the kitchen window; the second time through the back sliding door. If you have pets, RUN!!!! When I moved in, their website advertised a "dog park." However, it isn't a dog park and the neighbors living next to it constantly complain about the dog poop, and about dogs being off their leash. They rarely change the trashcan meant for poop disposal in the "dog park," so it frequently overflows. The only thing this place has going for it is the central location in the middle of Ft Worth. Otherwise, there are no redeeming qualities of living here. I couldn't wait to move out!!!"

"Beautiful, well kept grounds. The townhouses are kept up and management is really nice. We moved from The Dixon because if price and how trashy it had become."
"Ms.Yolanda did a great job at welcoming me to the community. She has great energetic and welcoming vibes when you first meet her. The community is very quiet, safe, and affordable (at least for my one bedroom lol). As of this moment, I have nothing but positive things to say about this community."
