"Parking situation is horrible, would often go to visit my father and would always have to park on the opposite side of the complex because all the spots are taken, on top of that had to spend 30 minutes registering my vehicle so I wouldn’t get towed which they highly enforce, and if you dont park in the complex you have to park on the main road where I frequently almost got my door taken off or hit by a passing car. The gate was always broken so anybody can come into the complex which was unsettling, the apartments are outdated and feel very used. Definitely way better options out there for apartments."

"Love this place! Just renewed. They really treat you like family and tend to your needs in a timely manner! The only thing is the parking situation and the tow trucks are always here looking for someone to tow. Guests have to park to far away from the apartments it very inconvenient. Other than that it’s a great place to live"

"I went to do a tour of the apartments, and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service that was provided. From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted and made to feel comfortable. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and Isaiah answered all of them without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. The apartments are very well-maintained, which is always nice to see. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family."

"Much better options in the area than this place. Parking is a disaster, and they will tow your friends or family if you don't do their 20 minute registration process each time they come to visit. Apartments are dated and dark with 10+ year old appliances. "Fitness center" is laughable and the size of large walk-in closet. And you better make damn sure you won't need to break your lease early because they WILL NOT work with you! And they can charge you upwards of $11k for breaking the lease early. But don't take my word for it, drive by or request a tour and you'll see what I'm talking about. Don't worry about the "security gates", they're never working anyway."

"I have been here for almost four years and my fiancée for a year and we love it. The grounds are kept up, the fees are reasonable and the staff is awesome. Over the years I have gotten to know the staff pretty well. Connor, amber the manager and the rest of the staff that I can’t remember cause I am bad at names lol we’re just so nice and accommodating. They helped us with any questions we had and were a huge help when we moved into a bigger unit. We unfortunately had to move really fast and that was on us but they helped us with the fees and paperwork and if we had any issues they got on it right away. The Complex is relatively quiet, there have been no issues of crime or disturbances. The property is kept and clean by the maintenance crew who are also very nice and accommodating. Overall I have not wanted to move anywhere else not only because the price in the area is more than reasonable with it being a growing area but the staff is another big reason why we stay. I’ve heard horror stories about other complexes and the staff and I really have no complaints only compliments to them. They’ve always been nice, reap and almost feel like friends when you walk in. So we will be around until we buy a house!"
