"5 days without water in the first month of my stay. Horrible Experience. THEY MENTIONED WATER SERVICE WILL BE UP BY 2 PM, BUT ITS 7 PM NOW. No water from last 12 hours at home. No reply on emails on follow ups as well. The only thing they care about is the patio violation for which we receive 2 emails per day so that they can earn $250 fine. There is fine for everything that we do, but no fine for poor maintenance. ITS A TORTURE UPDATED After 2 month review: Gates are broken and they have fixed it 14 days before, but not operational yet. That means, our properties, cars at risk all the time. PACKAGE Service suspended but they charge package fee in the amenity charges. How cool is that. They never reply on emails yet."

"Let me start by saying that the apartments themselves are adequate and the staff here are amazing. Lauren has made our move in seamless and helped answer any questions I have. Now on to the purpose of this review, and I hope people interested in renting here read this. The website and every marketing material says this is a secure apartment complex. Since I have been here (12 days), one gate is broken and the other is left open 24 hours a day with anyone and everyone coming through with no issues. Part of the allure of choosing this place was the gated community, and it’s completely null and void. Their excuse is waiting for insurance, but if they actually cared they would just fix it now and wait for insurance to pay out after. Secondly, upon signing my lease there was a very good package delivery system in place (partnering with Luxer) to have people’s packages protected. Well only 12 days later, they send out a mass email to everyone stating they are canceling this service and it’s pretty much the Wild West now with packages. As someone who orders a lot of packages and works away from home all day. I’m not a fan of having my packages chilling outside all day while I am at work. We just established that the gates are open 24/7 so anyone can drive in and just steal packages at whim. Overall the first impression has been not very impressive, and the amenities that once drew to this place seems to be non-existent. If you are a prospective renter, I would do adequate research before deciding to live here. Oh and they are broken down cars in the complex. TLDR: decent apartments, the complex is removing amenities that I was originally was drawn to. Not as safe as first advertised."

"The apartments themselves are nice, clean and modern but you won’t get your packages. Packages are mostly delivered to their mail room even the heavy items like beds, furniture, etc.. and they have to figure out how to get them up to your apartment.. the most the staff can do is get you a dolly and you have to carry them up to your apartment so if you don’t mind doing that then it’s a good place… am having to return my bedroom set back to the seller or hire movers to bring my items up which is an extra expense on top of moving expenses because FedEx won’t deliver to the apartments here they leave them at the mail room which was never a problem at my other apartment where I lived on the 3rd floor.. other then that, no other h complaints .. if you have the muscle to bring up your deliveries even the heavy items then this shouldn’t be a problem I was just shocked and wish someone told me before I moved in"

"My leasing experience has been nothing but amazing here. My leasing agent Lauren responded to every question I had and kept great contact through out the entire process she was amazing! I am very happy with my decision on choosing this complex. Stephanie is also great at the office too!"
