"I got a apartment here this week and the whole process was smooth. Turned in all my stuff for the unit . The communication was awesome.. the updates . The leaseing staff is awesome. The place at Westover is a good community and great place to call home .. the staff are amazing"

"Crooks! That's all I can say. Me and my wife were forced to move after the roof at our last place had an unfortunate encounter with an oak tree. We quickly learned that due to our recent chapter 13 filing that most apartment complexes will not rent to us. Well, we saw this complex and toured. Liked what we saw. We enquired about the credit requirements and were told that, yes, they could take our credit. Just to make sure, we asked again and yet again. Each time, we were very honest about our situation. Each time, the answer was the same, yes. So we applied and gave our hard earned $250 (money that we could have used elsewhere) only to get denied. I hope someone else with bad credit reads this and heeds my warning. Do not waste your money applying for an apartment here."

"Long story short I lived here 2021-2022, have fleas in my apartment 4 different occasions. And all the told me is that they have pest control coming out weekly on Thursdays. This place is completely infested with fleas on the ground but for some reason everybody here has a dog or a cat. These people are knowingly leasing out apartments, knowing that fleas are here. A very cuel thing to do especially to someone who’s pregnant at that! Also, while getting locked out of my apartment, they told me I have to call a locksmith instead of having the Maintenance."

"If I could give this department of zero, I definitely would. To start I moved in and literally within 30 to 90 days I was experiencing fleas! While pregnant! The apartment complex people, pretending to act like they didn’t know, the grounds were infested with fleas, especially during the summer months. However, they have exterminators come every Thursday. not to mention that I had fleas not once not twice but on 3 to 4 different occasions while living in this apartment complex not only that but I don’t have any animals however, most people living in this complex do have animals, dogs, cats, etc. I’m not sure if every part in the complex apartment complex has fleas, but definitely minded and it was a terrible nightmare completely. The old management at the property were very rude. When you would go up and complained. My neighbors across had roaches and upstairs rats and I have fleas. If anyone is looking to get out of their lease, I suggest they call the health and human services! Selling apartments knowing damn well the conditions prior!"

"Great property! And the Staff is very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help in any way! I am really appreciative of all the help over the 14 + years we've been here! The apts are Spacious, and they come with Washer and Dryer. Maintenance men are very quick to fix any issues. Most importantly, they take care of their elderly clients, it's always nice to hear my mom speak how much she loves the staff here. Thats hard to find elsewhere."
