"I have been here just under a year, and I am very satisfied. I'm in a one bedroom. The apartments are a good size and laid out nicely. I don't drive, so having easy access to public transportation is key for me, and there are bus stops near the gates at either end of the property. The management team is friendly and helpful, and whenever I've had a maintenance issue, the response has been swift. It's close to shopping and eateries on both Camp Bowie and in Cityview. Also close to the Trinity Trails for biking and walking. I have no complaints, at all. EDIT: As of July 2023 I would amend my rating to one star. The new management team does not keep up with the property or respond quickly to service requests. Instead of solutions, they offer excuses which, to be kind, have only a passing relationship with the truth. I'm hoping to see them either step up their game, or be gone soon."
