"This place used to be pretty nice with prompt maintenance, communicative management, and good (albeit few) amenities. New management has taken over and things have slid downhill hard. I wouldn't recommend moving here to my worst enemy. Management ignores us, lies to us, and doesn't care at all. Things break and we're expected to just live with it. Amenities have been taken away. The place is dirtier than before. Yolanda, the property manager, cannot be trusted. She acts friendly, caring, and sweet but she is a vindictive, lying a*shole. Don't give these people your money. Live elsewhere."
"I lived in these apartments for a year and loved it. The management company is excellent and you never feel like there is an issue they can’t fix. The apartments are beautifully updated, and the perfect space for one person or a couple. Gas stove, granite countertops, and modern finishes! Do yourself a favor and give these places a chance."

"As a tasteful, particular woman who is a recent member of the Ridglea Court Apartment community, I love my new home. I am a retired flight attendant who worked for American Airlines and traveled the world staying in luxuary properties for 30 years. I grew up and lived in nice neighborhoods and homes. I am currently employed in an upscale, pricey boutique in Sundance Square. From my apartment to downtown Fort Worth it takes me less than 10 minutes to drive to work and 8 minutes to see my daughter who attends TCU. My apartment does have granite on the counters in the beautiful kitchen and large walk in shower. I have beautiful hard woods with a brand new freshly appointed interior. My custom Google system set up by a professional IT tech allows me to open the security gate, unlock my door, put on some music, control my thermostat all through my phone with an individual password chosen by me. Unlike the previous post, I am proud to live in this unique small community. Check it out for yourself on the website to get a realistic view of these apartments have to offer."
