"If I could give them no stars I would. My family is homeless living hotel to hotel. I found this place on the market place fb. We've been saving a little bit and got a hold of a lady in the office. Told her what we have our back story told her everything so when we got there I wouldn't be surprised. But I was even tho 3 ladies told me one thing there all literally and we're still in a hotel"

"This is in front of my apartment when I came home from work tonight! This is the most disrespectful thing you can do to another Tennant. This complex is going thru a remodel which is taking extremely long btw. They cut the water off every day for hours and when it comes back on the hot water doesn't work alot of times. There cleaning out the unit next door and it was a Horder living there so they have his trash in front of his apartment and mine and to think they just left it there shows how much they care about the ppl already living here. I don't know what the remodel will look like when finished but it's definitely not worth moving in here right now. There's nails and screws every where and I have replaced two tires already this is getting very ridiculous. All u hear is noise from construction all day while you are in a house with no running water."

"If I could give this place -0 stars I would I absolutely hate it here and it’s some many issues with this property I don’t know where to start ! It’s infested with roaches the toilet leaks! The plumbing is horrible I flushed the toilet in my upstairs bathroom only for it to leak sewage downstairs into the living room! Maintenance is a joke they just lie and say they are going to do XYZ AND NEVER DO ! It’s water coming up out of the floors and the circuit breaker poo off after only 5 mins of it working ! If you do not have to stay here DONT I HIGH DO NO RECOMMEND!"

"Went without a/c until some weeks back. Supposed to had put in a new a/c unit. Notified them 4-5 days ago that it’s pouring water into hallway. 2 towels soaked on the floor and have a tall trash can that fills with water in 1 day. Was told they were in the way to fix last Friday. It’s 9pm Monday now. Have had 3 ceiling water leaks. Previous apartment in same complex flooded days after they were informed of the leak. Their solution? Here’s a dolly you can move into this other apartment. I could write a book regarding everything gone wrong here. They just don’t care. I wouldn’t waste your time here. Can’t wait till end of July when our lease is up. Tired of the run around, lies, unprofessional management and falling apart buildings. Run as fast as you can from this place!! Not fit for animals to live in. Roach infested and heard a rat in our vents a few nights ago."

"DO NOT rent from these people!! We have been here a year and the water is constantly being cut off without any form of notice. The place is infested with cockroaches and mice thanks to a big dumpster that’s been sitting in front of our apartment building for nearly 5 months despite being told “it’ll be moved in 2 weeks.” The office has been told numerous times that there’s a leak under the sink and have yet to fix it! It’s not like that would do any good considering the maintenance staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and doesn’t speak English so there’s no way to communicate with them. The roof upstairs leaks and nearly floods the bathroom any time it rains and the office has known about this issue since July 2017 and the response is the same every time we mention it. “Oh, we’re waiting on approval.” There’s always homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms because there’s no form of security on the property at all. Can’t even go outside the apartment without someone begging for money or smelling marijuana, it’s awful. Since we’ve been here, they’ve changed management staff at least twice and still, NOTHING SEEMS TO GET DONE! Now they’re wanting to raise the rent $50 and still refuse to fix anything! Definitely moving out of this nasty place because it’s not worth almost $1,000 a month for a place that’s falling apart and nothing gets fixed.. I don’t recommend ANYONE to move here!"
