"I'm writing this email to let you know that I'm requesting for you to waive September's rent and the reletting fee because every since I lived there until 10/2/23, y'all have failed to fix the AC issue which y'all knew about. Despite of the window AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom, was still burning up in the apt. Y'all knew how hot this past Summer was. I asked for a window AC unit twice for the living room and y'all failed to do so, and also I paid for Pest Control in the rent and never received Pest Control Service at my request. That is taking money under false pretenses. As a tenant, or former tenant, I do have the right to request this by law. If you fail to meet my requests, I will take legal action against the apt complex, and I will go to the news media, and the Tenant's Association. I sent this email to corporate office and to KC, which is the new manager."

"These five star reviews are fraudulent.. if you really care about your well-being.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It's not worth the bugs , water leaks, changing of management every other few months, the illegal activity that goes on here. You're better staying in an extended stay .."

"New management is great they actually do care what the resident think. I love how they are really changing this place around. Ever since new management and manager came on board I've really love living here. I love how the maintenance keep the property clean and the manager is always outside walking the property making sure everything looks good. The laundry room are awesome I never have to worry about my clothes. All the machines are new and we have an app that lets us know when our clothes' is done and what machines are available to use. I'm really happy with the new staff."

"NEW AMAZING OWNER and PHENOMENAL NEW MANAGEMENT At Marabella Apartments. They took over late July and things have changed for the better. The entire complex has lighting( Looks like a Stadium), there is surveillance cameras now through out the property!!!The best part in my opinion is that there is the maintenance guys they have there. Work orders get done!!!. Thank you for making the community better all around."
